Terms of Service

By creating an account, downloading content, using our free tools, or otherwise accessing any Meek Media product, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.
These terms apply to all Meek Media products including meek.media, waomate.com (WhatsApp Business Cloud API platform), and igmsg.com (Instagram comment-to-DM automation), plus any future product that links to this page as its terms.
1. The Services
Meek Media LLP ("we", "us", "our") provides AI-powered software products and services. We are a Meta Tech Provider operating on top of Meta's WhatsApp Business Cloud API and Instagram Graph API. We are not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
- You must be 18 or older and have the authority to bind the business you represent.
- You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us immediately at security@meek.media if you suspect unauthorised access.
- One account per workspace. Don't share logins across people — invite teammates as agents/users instead.
- You're responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Your Responsibilities
- Comply with Meta's policies. Including the WhatsApp Business Policy, WhatsApp Commerce Policy, Instagram Platform Terms, and Meta Platform Terms. Violations can get your number / Page banned by Meta — we cannot reverse those decisions.
- Get explicit opt-in from every contact before sending marketing messages or DMs. You're responsible for proving consent on demand.
- Don't send spam, phishing, scams, illegal content, or messages prohibited by Meta (gambling, alcohol where restricted, weapons, drugs, adult content, hate speech, harassment, deceptive content).
- Honour opt-outs. When a recipient says STOP / UNSUBSCRIBE / opt out, stop messaging them.
- Don't abuse the platform. No scraping, no reverse engineering, no attempting to access other tenants' data, no DDoSing or otherwise interfering with our infrastructure.
- Comply with laws. Including telecom regulations (TRAI in India), data-protection law (DPDPA, GDPR, CCPA), consumer-protection law, and tax law applicable to your business.
4. Pricing & Payment
- Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as displayed on your plan.
- Per-message fees (Waomate) are billed at our published rate (Meta's wholesale rate plus our small platform fee). Indian taxes (GST) apply where registered.
- Trials are limited as configured per workspace; no card required to start.
- You can cancel any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; no refunds for partial periods.
- Failed payments may suspend your account after 7 days of grace.
- We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. New prices apply from your next renewal.
5. Free Tools and Content
Free tools at meek.media (calculators, generators, audits) are provided "as is" for informational purposes. Outputs are estimates, not professional advice. Do not rely on tool results for legal, financial, medical, or regulatory decisions. Free blog content and case studies represent our opinions and observations from prior client engagements; results are not guaranteed.
6. Service Availability
- We aim for 99.5% monthly uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
- WhatsApp / Instagram delivery depends on Meta's APIs. Outages or rate-limits on Meta's side affect message delivery and are outside our control.
- We may schedule maintenance windows with reasonable advance notice.
7. Intellectual Property
All Meek Media branding, code, design, documentation, and AI models belong to us. You retain ownership of your data, your message content, your customer contacts, and any templates or automations you create. By using our services, you grant us a limited licence to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep non-public information shared in the course of using the service confidential, except where disclosure is legally required or with prior written consent.
9. Termination
- You can close your account at any time from settings or by emailing us.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse our platform, or violate Meta's policies. Where reasonable we will give notice and an opportunity to cure.
- On termination: data is handled per our Privacy Policy. Outstanding fees become immediately due.
10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted service.
- Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the services is limited to the fees you've paid us in the prior 12 months.
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or lost profits, even if we were advised of the possibility.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of: your message content; your customer data; your violation of Meta's policies, applicable law, or these terms; or your infringement of any third party's rights.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation; failing that, through arbitration seated in Bangalore, Karnataka, conducted under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with English as the language of arbitration. Either party retains the right to seek interim or injunctive relief in the courts of Bangalore.
13. Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond reasonable control — natural disasters, war, terrorism, government action, internet or power outages, third-party API outages (including Meta), or pandemics.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date and announced by email to active account holders at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
